Go to: http://www.sprocketcreative.com/email/users
Login using your email address and password (set to "password" originally)
User Admin Options
02 Once logged in you can:
  1. Setup an Auto Response (handy when on vacation)
  2. Setup an email forward (make your address send to another)
  3. Change your password (probably shouldn't leave it the default "password" that it starts as when your account is created)



Account Administrators | Account Administration

Sprocket Email Web Administration for Administrators: Manage all the email accounts within your domain(s) using this.

Go to: http://www.sprocketcreative.com/email/admin
Login using your email address and the admin account password given you at time of account setup.
Admin Options
02 Once logged in you can:
  1. View an Overview (see all domains you're administrating)
  2. Add an Alias (make one address that forwards to another)
  3. Add a Mailbox (create another email account)
  4. Send Email (you can actually send emails from here)
  5. Change Password (this is the admin password for this account and not an individual user's email account password)
  6. View Log (see recent changes to accounts)



Sprocket Hosting | Email Client & WebMail Setup

Your email account can be setup easily by following the instructions below. The following instuctions assume your hosted domain name with Sprocket is "yourdomain.com" and will use that for each example.

In Microsoft Outlook
go to Tools and then Accounts to set the following.

In Mac OSX Mail
click on Mail in the top menu and select Preferences and then the Accounts tab.

In Netscape
click Edit and go to Mail/News Account Settings.

Use the following info:

Server Information

Incoming mail server / POP server: yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server / SMTP server: set by your ISP (ex. mail.bellsouth.net), or you can use your domain name (ex. yourdomain.com) and your email address is the user name and your password is your email password.
Account Information
02 Account name / UserName: your email address (ex. youremail@yourdomain.com)
Password: your default password is "password" and can be changed using your Sprocket postfixadmin.
Webmail Information
03 You can check and send email online from anywhere using Sprocket Webmail. Simply go to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

or login to your Webmail using the login panel here at hosting.sprockettown.com. Your Webmail account login is your email address and the password for that email account (default password is simply "password").
